This past weekend, I had the pleasure of presenting my Italy-inspired artwork at an outdoor exhibition organized by the Art Guild in town. The event was lively and full of charm—just like the country that inspired my pieces. I’m happy to share that I sold a couple of artworks, which made the experience even more rewarding!
The atmosphere was vibrant, with delicious food, engaging activities, and fantastic music that added to the festive ambiance. Everywhere you turned, there was something creative happening. The quality of the artwork on display was truly impressive, and being part of that lineup felt both exciting and humbling. It was a lot of work preparing for the show, but every bit of effort was worth it.
I chose to create artwork inspired by Italy because, to me, Italy represents art, style, and beauty. It’s a place where creativity runs deep—from the elegant architecture of Florence to the colorful coastlines of Cinque Terre. Italian art history is woven into everyday life there, from the classical sculpture of Michelangelo to the expressive modern designs of Italian fashion and design.
In many ways, this exhibition felt like a small tribute to that legacy. Italy has been a source of artistic innovation for centuries, and creating work inspired by its culture allowed me to tap into that spirit of passion and timeless beauty. Sharing that with others—through my art and the joyful energy of the event—was a meaningful and fulfilling experience.
